This presentation introduces Internal Family Systems (IFS), a transformative therapeutic approach to healing anxiety by exploring the diverse "parts" of ourselves. Designed for young adults as well as parents, this session delves into the IFS framework, which views the mind as a system of sub personalities or "parts," each with unique roles and emotions. Participants will learn how to connect with their Self — the core, compassionate center of their being — to foster inner harmony and reduce anxiety. Combining IFS principles with mindfulness and embodiment practices, this session will equip attendees with tools to understand and care for their inner world, transforming anxiety into an opportunity for growth and self-discovery.
